Asian Christian Art Association

The twice-yearly magazine Image was first published in 1979. It gives news of the ACAA and carries articles on Asian art. Each issue contains beautiful full colour reproductions of Asian Christian art.
Conferences and workshops bring together professional artists to consider and reflect upon their work. The first was in Bali 1978, the second in the Philippines and the celebration of 20 years of ACAA was held in Bali 1998. Other smaller conferences have been held in Korea, Japan, Thailand and India.
Exhibitions of Asian Christian art have been held in Asia, Europe and America. A large exhibition travelled over a two-year period and was shown in Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Germany and North America.
Books, booklets, slides and videos continue to be produced.
Scholarships are granted to emerging artists for cross-cultural study. This program is currently under review.
